पहले किसान अपने पास मवेशियों के साथ एक मजबूत आर्थिक व्यवस्था बनाए रखते थे, मेलों में व्यापार करते थे, जो अब मौजूद नहीं है। कृषि उपकरणों ने मवेशियों की उपयोगिता लगभग समाप्त कर दी। पशुपालक व ग्रामीण मवेशियों को खुले में छोड़ने को मजबूर हैं। व्यापक विचार और विचार-विमर्श के बाद, हमने गौठान (मवेशी शेड) रखने और गाय का गोबर खरीदने का फैसला किया। इसने पशु मालिकों को अपने साथ या गौठान में गाय रखने के लिए राजी किया। इसने मवेशियों को फसल को नुकसान पहुंचाने और सड़कों पर बाहर निकलने से रोक दिया।

हम किसी प्रतियोगिता में नहीं हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ में राम हमारी सदियों पुरानी संस्कृति में गहराई से समाए हुए हैं। भगवान राम की माता कौशल्या का जन्म स्थान रायपुर से कुछ दूर चांदखुरी में है। हमारे रिवाज में राम-राम परंपरा मौजूद है।
